Business school friend. I haven’t yet, but I will now!
This prize package looks like it would be geared more toward my wife than to myself so I will answer it for her. Yoga is a discipline that she actually took on herself. She says that she thanks herself every time she practices.
My mom and my little sister and her husband inspired me to turn to yoga! I was just talking to my mum the other day about it!
Wildernessdave.com turned me on to it. He’s a hiker like me and it helped me think it’s not just a girly activity!
An old girlfriend Julie after I messed up my back in hockey.
I wish I could love yoga because it makes me feel great. But while I try to empty my mind I find myself looking at the clock wondering when class will be over.
The library. They have DVD’s…
Have only done yoga when it was worked into Tae Kwon Do class as a cool down/after workout stretch. I thanked my instructor every class.
An online fitness forum for people who like to exercise at home to DVDs. They enabled me to try and purchase yoga DVDs and I have thanked them. The same forum led me to buying my first Buff.
Master Yoda!!! And i thank him everyday of my life!!! May the force be with you…
P90X did, I haven’t thanked them but I will say yoga on a paddle board is awesome!
Work actually turned me on to Yoga. I got scheduled to watch the building while the Yoga club used the space, and started doing it right along with them. Guess I better thank my old boss.
My girlfriend, thank you Laura.
I just started to want to get healthy so I started on my own.
Tried it on my own.
I have considered trying it, but have yet to.
I first was introduced to Yoga in college by the trainer of the school baseball team. He said it would make me more flexible and help me be more comfortable in the box. I did it for an entire season and saw a huge spike in my average while at bat. i also knocked off a couple seconds down the line from my first jump towards first. I fell off a little bit after I stopped playing baseball, but my wife got into it soon thereafter. She still religiously does it and on my rest day from from the gym I’ll join her for a nice hour long session to cool my body down from the weeks workouts.
A dear friend turned me on to Yoga and I’ve never looked back! My favorite exercise routine!

My wife picked up on it from watching Denise Austin videos and showed me some moves. The results after practice are exciting! I hope to incorporate more into my workout going forward.
The Wii balance board. haha!
When I was planning my wedding I kept reading that yoga was a great de-stresser, and even though I wasn’t stressed I gave it a try!
I have never tried Yoga! Maybe Someday when Im not on the Creek throwing Flies!!!
I used to do yoga a few years ago. Never was that good at it!
I need to get the yoga bug!
I sort of fell into it as a fitness thing. I go to the gym on Mondays for a class and record yoga programs. This year I even went to Yogaville in Virginia, yes it is a real place look it up, for a yoga retreat.
Free classes in our downtown Rivermarket sponsored by local studios has encouraged me to try me.
My sister does yoga, not me. I live out in the middle of nowhere and stay in shape hiking and swimming. Go yoga people though. My sister loves it.
Thank you thank you!!! Winner
