Yesterday!!! It was 65 degrees with a strong northwest wind and I was able to paddle against the wind for about 200 yards and then back multiple times for an awesome hi intensity circuit workout!! Gotta love FLORIDA in December!!!

  27. Never done it. I had a surfing instructor strike the fear of God in me during some beginner lessons in Florida. Me and three buddies went down after graduating high school and after trying and failing miserably to surf I decided I wanted to try and paddle board. The instructor asked me this question. What’s 20 lbs, 10 ft long and is back by a giant wall of water? Having a paddle board come at you at 15 mph while you float hopeless will pucker up parts of your body better left unmentioned. Therefore, I’ve never even tried.

  28. Last time SUPing was this summer on the Potomac River. First year trying whitewater SUP and I love it. Can’t wait for it to warm up so I can get back out there.

  29. Falls Lake- Raleigh, NC!
