Running can only get you so far. That’s why BUFF® ambassadors Joe Grant & Anton Krupicka have taken it to the next level in their pursuit of mountain adventure, climbing the Maiden outside of Boulder, Colorado.
PART 2: DOWN

MEET THE ATHLETES
Joe Grant is an endurance athlete residing in Gold Hill, Colorado. He has been running ultras for close to a decade, competing around the world in places such as Colorado, the Alps, Mexico's Copper Canyon, Alaska and Japan. In 2018 He placed 2nd at the Hardrock 100 ultramarathon. He is an endurance coach and in 2016 he completed a self supported FKT (fastest known time) "Tour de 14ers" of summiting all of Colorado's 14ers (mountains 14,000' or higher).
Among the most inconic ultra-runners in the world, Anton Krupicka has won the Leadville 100 twice, Rocky Raccoon 100 miler and Miwok 100K and many others. He placed 2nd at the 2015 Western States Endurance Run in what would have been a course record. Although he has battled injury over the past few years he continues to push the human limits through FKT (fastest known times) attempts challenging himself on rigorous climbs, bikes and runs often combining them together similarly to UP, DOWN & AROUND.
